We provide your company with a dedicated controller and/or bookkeeper on a part time basis.  Our typical client – usually a small company – is one that needs a controller or bookkeeper, but only for a few hours a week, or maybe even a few hours a month.  We’ll assign someone to be your dedicated resource, working whatever schedule is needed.

Our approach is to assign each client with a dedicated payroll specialist.  This means you communicate with only one person, and this one person knows your payroll inside out.  You get personal service at a very affordable price.  And no payroll is too small!

You give us the time data and we do the rest!  Our set fee includes all of the following services:

1. Employees are paid via direct deposit or by a check prepared by you.
2. The payroll data can be transferred to your accounting software.
3. We will calculate and initiate your federal payroll tax deposits.
4. We will prepare and electronically file your quarterly and annual federal payroll tax returns (forms 941, 940, W2, and W3).
5. We will prepare and electronically file your quarterly Texas unemployment tax returns (form C-3).
6. We will calculate and initiate your quarterly Texas unemployment tax remittances.
7. We will set up new employees using information provided by you.
8. We will prepare and file new hire reports for the Texas Attorney General’s office.

Examples of how we work:

• Some of our clients have us come in just once or twice a month, when we’ll look over everything that happened since our last visit, close the books, prepare the monthly reports, and then go over everything with management.  We also help them in their planning and budgeting process.

• Other clients want us to handle that and their day-to-day bookkeeping work, too, so we come in more frequently and pay the bills, run the payroll, and do all the month-end stuff, too.

• Some clients want us do just their payroll.  Instead of outsourcing it to one of the big guys, they have us do it.  They get personal service at a lower cost.

All of these things we can do either at your office or offsite at our office.
